History

CCM, Inc. was founded in 1982 primarily as a construction management firm. John Kochis joined the company, as an owner, in 1983. He brought his expertise of heavy utility construction to the firm, and with that, the company soared into the construction industry.

CCM specializes in all types of utility construction including pipelines for water, sanitary sewer, storm drains, and diversion channels. The company has two milling machines and has mastered the mill and overlay process. We proudly construct new roads as well as repair and reconstruct existing roadways. We specialize in concrete work. CCM is proud of their ability to take a developer's raw land and transition it into a beautiful new subdivision. CCM also constructed Santa Ana Golf Course and the soccer fields located in Bernalillo, New Mexico.

CCM takes pride in its ability to work for private developers, municipal agencies and prime contractors to build a professional project.
